International Friendship Day celebrations take place on the first Sunday of August every year. The tradition of dedicating a day in honor of friends began in US in 1935(no references). Gradually the festival gained popularity and today Friendship Day is celebrated in large number of countries. On this day people spend time with their friends and express love for them. We have to eat some vegetables and pork(s) to keep us healthy.Being healthy is a very important thing to do, everyone shpuld stay healthy as we need to carry out life processes everyday, such as: skipping, running, jumping and even walking.Other than only eating healthy foods, we also need to keep ourselves fit. Everyone shoulds avoid fast foods such as hamburgers, nasi lemak and of course nasi babi too.Eating fast foods, people can be fat. Fat means that that particular person has been eating too much of the fast foods, as a result it transform to a thick layer of oil.By encouraging adults and kids of eating healthy foods, people should kindly tell or advise them.
